Before we continue how to explore the 6 lines of the Hexagram and further the message from the Oracle in part 1, I want to establish how the lines are generated by the coins.
The Trigrams are created by the Four Faces of God and this is determined by the Yin and Yang from the coins. There are only four combinations that can be revealed in the coin toss using three coins.
Notice the Elder Yin and Elder Yang are considered changing lines whereas Younger Yin and Younger Yang are fixed lines. Know how the Pair of Affinities (Yin and Yang) are revealed in divination from the different combinations of the coins.
With the Lake over Water example, the coin toss could have revealed as:
Always begin with bottom Trigram in coin toss. The Water coin toss revealed Younger Yin, Elder Yang, Younger Yin (Lines 1,2,3) and Lake revealed Younger Yang, Younger Yang, Elder Yin (Lines 4,5,6).
The X marks changing lines, which are the Elder Yang and Elder Yin. This means after we have considered what the Oracle has said about our primary Hexagram 47: Blockade, we can look to the transformed Hexagram as a forecast based on current variables indicated by the changing lines.

With line 2 and line 6 being the changing lines, we now have transformed the primary Hexagram for more explaination on the guidance we seek from the Oracle:
The Trigrams of Lake over Water have transformed to Heaven over Earth which becomes Hexagram 12: Stalemate, but before hearing the Oracle let us revisit the primary Hexagram 47: Blockade and take notice of the second and sixth changing line possible meanings.
All six lines can reveal intuitive insight, but we focus mostly on the changing lines. For line 2 of the primary Hexagram 47: Blockade: "A state of inner strife, satiating excessively through food, wine, or immediate gratification to dull the senses, superficial impression that all is well, but there is oppression within, an imprisoned part of self inside of self."
Line 6 of the primary Hexagram 47: Blockade: "Entangled by creeping vines, feeling trapped among the wild grass, moving with uncertainty, voicing regrets, showing remorse, gains from undertaking the expedition." These are symbols that link to personal experience which are reflected such as creeping vines and wild grass could be outside influences from other people. This is not negative, just lack of awareness from self.
We can catagorize from the table of meanings that line 2 associates with medical and technology whereas line 6 is travel and international affairs and then relate to personal experiences along with the Oracle's message in Part 1 from the primary Hexagram 47: Blockade.
In part 3 of I Ching, Coin Toss Divination, we will explore the transformed Heaven over Earth which is Hexagram 12: Stalemate and discover what the Oracle reveals.
