Next month, I will meet Darryl Anka for the first time at a conference in West Palm Beach, Florida. Darryl has been the primary channel for Bashar (which means messenger in Arabic) for many decades. Bashar has said they are a quasi-physical extraterrestrial entity and belongs to the civilization known as Sassani. Bashar is considered a First Contact Specialist.

The Sassani are 4th-to-5th density hybrid species. Within their evolution of consciousness, Bashar telepathically communicates to Darryl as a channel and the Sassani collective would be roughly a population of 247 million units of consciousness working simultaneously together in harmony.
The Sassani civilization do not go below 300,000 cycles per second and will fluctuate their vibration for a variety of reasons.
Most of Humanity averages below 100,000 cycles per second, but those within Humanity who are exploring the path of transformation by letting go of negative belief systems and outdated thought patterns can go beyond 100,000 cycles per second and up to 150,000 to 200,000 cycles per second when being of service and expressing unconditional love with great joy.
The Hybrid Children who are incarnated on Earth (although most of us do not know of their presence) are to help raise the vibration of 4th density Earth and Humanity.
According to Bashar, the Hybrid Children will not vibrate lower than 180,000 cycles per second and most of them vibrate in the mid 200,000 cycles per second range.
Just to be clear on our projections, Bashar has mentioned that in order to transcend the physical form (and not the old definition of death as most of Humanity and religions perceive), 333,000 cycles per second is when the physical form is no longer needed because our soul has learned and experienced all there is to experience within the chosen life path and countless life cycles.
Bashar has mentioned that the Hybrid Children who were planted and incarnated on Earth are conscious of who they are as Hybrids along with their mission. Bashar also mentioned that within the coming years, the Hybrid Children will reveal themselves to Humanity.
How do we prepare ourselves so we can meet the Hybrids? Simple. We raise our vibration. Over the decades, Bashar has suggested using what the Sassani have named for Humanity, The Formula, which is to follow your highest excitement. Here is The Formula:
"Within every moment of your life and any opportunity that presents itself out of every option you have, whatever you are capable of acting on at any moment, no matter what it is, choose the option that contains the highest amount of excitement, no matter what it is, then act on it to the best of your ability until you can act on it no further."
"When you can act on it no further, look around, see what other options are now open to you, no matter what they are and pick the one that contains the highest excitement, no matter how it looks, even if it seems utterly unconnected on the surface to the last exciting thing you did, the excitement in it tells you it is connected."
"Act on the excitement, taking it as far as you can until you can take it no further, and you keep doing this in every moment that you can to the best of your ability."
"Here is the most important part of the formula: act on your highest excitement in every moment that you can with absolutely zero-insistence or assumption as to what the outcome ought to be."
"If you just keep doing that and that alone, then the synchronicity in your life will lead you from circumstance to circumstance and you will always be exactly where you need to be when you need to be there."

"You also have to be unconditionally loving and allowing to hold that space for them to choose whatever they choose, regardless of whether it matches your positive vibration or not."
"Because if you are not unconditionally allowing someone to choose even the negative and if you cannot allow them to choose what at that moment they believe is the best thing they can choose, then why should you be allowed to choose anything?"
