Recently, I have revisited the Law of One channelings from the collectives referred to as Ra and Q'uo. The primary reason was because I revisited Carla Rucckert's book from my library: A Wanderer's Handbook, which then drifted me into the archive of thousands of channelings available on the official website of L/L Research.

I read through and summarized the transcript from November 13, 2010 which can be viewed in its entirety by downloading the file created by L/L Research and below the table is my summarized perspective.

We plan our incarnation carefully so that we will balance the energies of love, wisdom and power. What we refer to as lessons in life do not truly repeat for we are spiraling onward and upward in our learning. When the perceived similar lessons do appear to come again, layers are peeled away to create new perspectives.

Q'uo states that while incarnated, we cannot know the larger picture and cannot think our way into grasping the catalyst we chose, the patterns of relationships, patterns of solitude, and all the issues we chose for our life path.

Q'uo suggest a shortcut for the mind which is essentially to let go, flow and trust in ourself. We can know that we planned our incarnation to unfold exactly how we are experiencing our life.

This will allow spiritual questions to arise such as the purpose of our life and this goes beyond logical deductions because life is mystery.

Q'uo basically states that we can be of ease on ourselves because it matters not whether we feel we are doing the appropriate thing to be of service to humanity because we are being of service by the way we vibrate and the frequency we hold in our heart (this is automatic).

Unlike our surface emotions, the Creator's love is not limited and is already flowing through us and so we only need to hold our heart open and feel the love flow through us and out into the world with intent to be of service.

Inner purpose of living, not outer work, is the most valuable which does not show itself completely. The only way our inner work of love does show itself is when love flows back ten-fold, hundred-fold, thousand-fold from reflections and unexpected sources.

There is a reason to know and claim that all is well. The Creator is love and we are all part of the Creator. The ways of spirit are not the ways of humans for there is no measure for service.

All services are equal. One who cleans the bathroom with love in their openness of heart is as much of service as if a teacher with love in their openness of heart who teaches in front of thousands of people.

If the teacher who has service-to-self or closed heart of service-to-others, then the one who cleans the bathroom with love is serving more efficiently and to a higher degree of beauty.

To think of ourself as one who appreciates beauty and to appreciate beauty in ourself will fuel our desire to serve which becomes beautiful, nurtured and encouraged, respected and supported from ourself whether or not another soul appreciates or supports our choice does not matter, but instead we will be a reflection for others to ponder.

The knowledge that faith alone can give the assurance that all is well and all shall be well, so that when our life takes a turn and seems out of control, we will know that our purpose and our service endure while being as close to us as our breathing.

We cannot fail to be of service if we set our intention to do so. We can only fail to appreciate our efforts. We can respect our own intentions even when they do not seem to result in the service that we thought was ours, for all things are of service to one who radiates love from openness of heart.

Knowing and doing are synonymous, so if we only focus on service in the simplest ways while keeping openness of heart, we normally have no idea of the effect that we have on those around us.

To know is to do. For example, if I drop a pencil on the floor, I bend over to pick it up without thought. I do not hesitate and think of what could happen, I just pick up the pencil. This example can apply to being of service-to-others.

Beauty is all around us in people. When we feel that beauty within us, celebrate it, enjoy it, and let us feel the joy of loveliness.

With my own personal experience of exploring despair from alcoholism ten years ago, I still attend alcoholic anonymous meetings and see so much beauty in every single person who also attend.

Some people express how they are struggling and some people express how grateful they are to live a life of sobriety. Both are equal in beauty for we all come together and share our experience, strength, and hope.

With openness of heart, the pathways of spirit within us can allow the energies to move through us and stabilize our emotions. The energies that contract in fear can grow nothing except worry, but if we can accept precisely what is occurring in our life, then we can choose joy and gratitude so that they flow like water that bubbles up from the heart.

We will gravitate naturally toward being of service and cannot be kept from it, although there are those who perceive within our culture that the service provided does not appear as service.

We can relax because we all are doing what we came to do on Earth and the changes that come tomorrow does not matter because we will still be doing what we came to do.

To trust our incarnation and life path is that we set our intention to be of service. The more strongly our intention, the more help we will attract, the more synchronicities will confirm in an obvious manner that we are on our life path for being of service-to-others.

We can give ourself over to this interactive unified process, then lay our weary burdens down with gratitude and joy for we are serving beautifully in all moments.

Q'uo suggest not to serve only from the Yellow Ray because our emotions that are given to us with our physical body are finite. This can exhaust our physical, emotional, and mental bodies leaving us feeling fatigued.

Instead, if we serve through the Green Ray and empty ourself of all but the intent to act as an instrument for the infinite love and light of the One Creator, we allow healing by spirit to move through us so that infinite intelligent energies can come into a finite world.

There is no need for thought, no need for effort, but only the need to offer oneself as an instrument, then infinite energy flows through which is never exhausted. With the openness of heart even with what seems to be resistance of surrounding ambiance, we can simply rest and have the allowance of love that can flow through us on a continuing basis.

At times we appear to vibrate heartlessness and use those experiences to create a platform in order to spiral more into the Wholeness. All will unfold in love. The only necessity is to intend to keep the openness of heart and be of service, hold that frequency of the infinite love and light of the One Creator.

How do we have a continuous openness of heart and be of service?

Q'uo suggest it is similar to forming a new habit. We have old habits that exhibit behaviors and choices but if we set our intention to let go of old habits that no longer serve us, we free our mind to create new positive habits whereas before the new habits were not approved.

To where we put our energy and our mind will flow into our experiences because if we are the determined seeker for that new positive habit, then that rhythm of life will be given to use once we create that space of allowance.

Q'uo reminds us that we are love and full of purpose so we simply need to let go of any preconceived notions as to how the Universe works and simply engage in life to the best of our ability, as a conscious seeker that understands the power of choice, the power of desire, and the power of intention.

The Universe will begin to help in surprisingly ways because we are now perceived as joining the Cosmic Dance. The more we lean into this knowingness, the more we will feel the feedback.

We become transparent and have genuine understanding about choices, genuine understanding about love, genuine understanding about the hall of mirrors in which all people, situations and things speak to us.

We become comfortable and enthusiastic in playing the Game of Life.

We tread our life path with confidence and become one who enjoys the surprises of life even in the darkest hour because we know there is light when our mind is focused upon the truth of love.

We seek to love and to allow ourself to be loved in return. No push, no pull, but a resting, a contemplation of beauty, and a devotion, a thirst, a hunger for the Creator's presence in our life, which we can make that a habit and we will be comfortable inside our own body along with our chosen life path.
