In Phoenix Arizona of the year 1997 on March 13th, Mike Kryszton was able to record mysterious lights that appeared above the city and mountain peak near his home.

Almost 30 years later, the Phoenix Lights experience has continued to resurface in many different types of communities as an important cornerstone for preparing Humanity for an open contact event that will occur in the year 2027. Bashar summarizes the Phoenix Lights (recorded around year 2000):

Bashar gives a brief description of the Yahyel and how we will begin to experience similar Phoenix Light happenings more often in order to be gauged on our reactions as a collective. We must remember there is no reason to be fearful, but there are still within Humanity those who have not yet identified belief systems that most likely were influenced by family, society, and political agendas. This recording is from year 2015:

Bashar provides another powerful update and brief description of how the Yahyel will begin to inevitably interact with Humanity with the guidance and organization from the Shayael to help with acclimatization.

The Yahyel are among the closest to Humanity in both appearance and heart-centered connection which establishes them as a bridge for Earth to become a larger cosmic community. The hybridization that is occuring already has the amplified energies Now on Earth that is providing the support for Homo Sapiens to become Homo Galacticus, meaning that Humanity is becoming the sixth hybrid race.

The Yahyel are known by many names, but the name Yahyel is translated as "lovers of God" whereas the name Shalinaya is translated as "those who come first". They reflect their connection to Source which also reflects their mission to promote harmony and unity among civilizations.

The momuntum for open contact in 2027 has been gaining momentum since the Phoenix Lights event in 1997. Some major catalyst within the political agenda of governments knowingness with UFOs and extra terrestrials by keeping secrets to the public citizens are rapidly breaking down.

---

One particular event was the New York Times article that was published in December 2017 that exposed the secret UFO program in the Department of Defense called AATIP: Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program.

---

Another catalyst was the Congressional UFO hearing of July 26, 2023 when United States Service Members came forward with their firsthand UFO experiences.

The non-profit organization of New Paradigm Institute membership is rapidly increasing which is applying more pressure on government officials who are preventing the public announcement of major involvement or full disclosure of UFO/UAP.

The New Paradigm Institute has regional meetups and gatherings. For anyone interested in the southeast region, contact me and I will guide you to the regional coordinator which will allow you to become part of the community.
