I created this index of color and tone with Tarot because the human scale of temperaments must logically coincide with the universal scale of temperature so that our space correlates with time (click image to enlarge).
This means we have conditions within our limitations of five human senses, but to obtain universal harmony or human attainment, motion becomes emotion. We can transverse the study of Life through vibrations (or octaves), color, and sound.
In 1922, Paul Foster Case encouraged the study of Edward Maryon work: Marcotone: The Science of Tone-Color. Mr. Maryon originated the word Marcotone from the ancient language of Sanskrit. MA = to measure; R (raga) = by scaling; CO = color; and TONE.
We can remember and know that biology brings us face-to-face with the Origin of Things only because of the parallelism between Sound and Light. Life is obtained, maintained, and understood as a parallel series of different scales of magnitude.
Therefore, the primary mode for studying life is through Vibration which develops into spirals (or octaves) through oscillatory periodic motion.
Mr. Maryon mentions that by placing in our subconscious mind the absolute pitch as tone-color of the chromatic scale will unlock the condition of natural musicianship.
We do not have to be experts with any particular music instrument for we all can practice associating music notes with color and create color-thought.
I only use the piano and chromatic pitch instrument.
